Dr. Bernardo Kastrup "Analytic Idealism" theory considers everything we see in real world is a representation and not the truth. On the other hand, Dr. Hoffman's suggest we have evolved to see this representation only through a limited 3 dimensions plus time interface. Basically, everything we see are just icons hiding something way more complex to be able to be grasped. It's like consciousness is wearing a VR headset where it thinks itself as a human form or avataar interacting with other forms.

"Analytic Idealism" is very similar to what spirituality says about one consciousness. We are all "alters" in the universal mind. Fascinating!
